Captain Joe holds a USCG master’s license (USCG 1024434), has over 50 years of sailing experience in just about every type of sailing vessel. He is more than willing to share stories and teach the fundamentals of sailing. He has equipped TJ with all the required safety equipment, as well as a 6 person, offshore life raft and a 406 EPIRB. Safety harnesses attached to jack lines are used so small children can have some freedom on the deck. Inflatable PFD’s are available for non-swimmers or one requiring more security. TJ will heel with the wind therefore, Captain Joe reserves the right to cancel a charter or refuse boarding to individuals with a balance problem.
